    Please check the attached images.
    A $33 store credit, after being added to the cart page, is displayed as $66, yet upon entering the checkout page, its value reverts back to $33.

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.

    Would you mind if I switch to parent theme (in case you are using Child theme) and deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Thanks for details.

    I switched to Default theme and keep WooCommerce and Store credits plugins activated only, it still does not working, which mean WoodMart does not cause the problem. Please reach out to author plugin and ask for their assistance.

    Thanks for the video.

    WoodMart has a special Hook widget in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hi Hung,
    The Hook cannot solve the problem. However, I was surprised to find that the issue was automatically resolved after I switched the prebuilt theme style to Shoes, without making any settings adjustments. Please make sure to install the Furniture 2 theme and the Smart Coupon plugin, then send a store credit to test this issue. Considering the problem can be resolved simply by switching the subtheme without any other changes, I deduce that the issue lies with the Furniture 2 subtheme.

    I understand that it’s not about ensuring compatibility with all third-party plugins, but rather expecting consistency across all your subthemes to facilitate seamless switching. This aligns with the purpose of having numerous prebulit available. I’m hopeful that you will address this issue in your next update, especially since it pertains to payment-related matters, which should be prioritized.
