Thanks for details.
I switched to Default theme and keep WooCommerce and Store credits plugins activated only, it still does not working, which mean WoodMart does not cause the problem. Please reach out to author plugin and ask for their assistance.

WoodMart has a special
Hookwidget in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

The Hook cannot solve the problem. However, I was surprised to find that the issue was automatically resolved after I switched the prebuilt theme style to Shoes, without making any settings adjustments. Please make sure to install the Furniture 2 theme and the Smart Coupon plugin, then send a store credit to test this issue. Considering the problem can be resolved simply by switching the subtheme without any other changes, I deduce that the issue lies with the Furniture 2 subtheme.

kevinguomailParticipantI understand that it’s not about ensuring compatibility with all third-party plugins, but rather expecting consistency across all your subthemes to facilitate seamless switching. This aligns with the purpose of having numerous prebulit available. I’m hopeful that you will address this issue in your next update, especially since it pertains to payment-related matters, which should be prioritized.
