There is no issue from the theme.

This is a common issue with the Google Maps API.

Google Maps API is no more free. It requires that you just need to activate these services https://tppr.me/mVwUL and then add limits as below to manage your bills.

It was sure not to work this API key. But it was worth a try to check the Google Console.

Then set up your quotas.
