Menus under theme settings are not working

I applied the theme from the pot file according to our own language. However, opening the submenus in the theme settings does not work.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

I tried disabling the plugins but it didn’t work. When I changed the name of the files I added for tr in the language folder, the theme changed to English and the links started working. It looks like a js error, not with additions.

From the WordPress dashboard, navigation to Appearance > Customize. Then select Site Identity and you will find an option to set your Site Icon.
