2 Forms created on scroll for Single product page ISSUES!

Please see videos attached (in link). my single product page creates a duplicate data-form when scrolling.
This is causing issues with some edits I am trying to make. I have checked the theme live demo and it does not recreate this form duplication.
this is very important to my website please can you help?
I even done a fresh WordPress install, installed theme from new, tested it and the same duplicate form is made.

Yep, understood. Try to disable the sticky column here: https://take.ms/FEp4If and recheck the issue. If it does not help you, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
