I went into the layout builder and when following the documentation, I chose the template and then > create layout and I was redirected to the empty Elementor. I don’t want to create a new page, I want to use one of the templates. How do I do?

It seems you are referring to templates that create with Elementor. Do you want to create Custom WooCommerce templates or something else? Please describe in more details.
