Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

.mobile-pages-menu.wd-active+.widgetarea-mobile{
	display: none;
}

2. Call icon

You can use HTML Block to add call icon > then add menu item to use it for one or both menus.
