    bom dia nao estou conseguindo ativar o thema aparece a segunte messagem : O servidor da API não pode ser alcançado. Por favor, entre em contato com o seu provedor de hospedagem para verificar a conectividade com o nosso servidor xtemos.com. Se precisar de mais ajuda, entre em contato também com o nosso centro de suporte. alguem pode me ajudar ?

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    It seems to be a connectivity problem with your server and we see this error cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
    Ask your hosting provider to check this from their end. And include our server’s IP 144.76.45.104
