1. Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

body.blog .wd-meta-date,
body.blog .blog-design-meta-image .wd-post-cat:not(:last-child):after{
	display: none;
}

2. There are 2 things:

+ Resize: I kindly recommend you preparing images you want before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) to have a nice-looking grid.

+ Remove: Just simply remove Featured Image https://prnt.sc/duk2SrpeZ_Po

3. Main Widget Area is used for Blog page, you can add few widgets to it to see the changes.
