Product short description visible

can we change product archive that product short description could be visible after product image all the time?

Hello,
You can set “Show summary on hover” in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles. Then enable “excerpt” in the Theme Settings > Single product > Elements. It will show the short description in the shop grid products.

its not the right option we need.
Maybe there is solution to add extra fields under shop price to get from product data? For example add some code snippet in there and add in product text lines?

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
The woocommerce/content-product-fw-button.php file is responsible for the hover effect on the product grid from your screenshots.
Also, we do not recommend editing the parent theme, I suggest you use the child theme for it.
