FATAL ERROR CHECKOUT

    We are suffering a huge problem with the chechout page in the mobile devices. Checkout page in computers works fine but problem is mobilephones and we need to arrange it soon.

    Can you help us?

    Hello,

    As we can see, some files are missed or corrupted. Here is an instruction how to fix it.

    1. Disable all plugins that are not related to our theme. Including your caching and optimization plugins.

    2. If you are using the child theme, switch to parent theme.

    3. Reinstall our theme with the latest version downloaded from ThemeForest.

    4. Check how it works.

    This week I installed the latest version of your theme and I had to recover a backup because shop page show a fatal error and it didn´t work. Moreover, after installation all preferences of the theme (color, tipography, appereance…) changed to the default theme…

    Can you help me to arrange this problem?

    Just go through all the steps listed above. And be sure that all required plugins are up to date. Especially the WooCommerce plugin.

    Is like is forcing people to log in to their account or to sign up… We dont want this… How can we arrange this?
