i want to install jewellery demo but i cant – its error is low timeout limit on the server- But the support of the site server says that it is at its maximum and you have to give the demo installation download package from the support of the template.
Another problem I have is that I can’t translate some items on my site into Farsi – like the search button.
I want you to connect to my site and make these settings for me please.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

We highly recommend you to create a fresh installation if you want to start using our dummy content. Importing it on your current website may not perform well.

We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the timeout limit in order to fix the import function

We have imported the dummy content for you. Note that our theme is RTL by default, but some alignments are still set to left instead of right. That is why, while you edit some texts (titles, paragraphs etc.) you will also need to adjust the alignment.
