We have a problem with long page loading times when the Woodmart Core plugin and the Woodmart template are enabled.
We use the LiteSpeed Cache optimization plugin, but this plugin does not help.
We ask for help.

In this case, send me access to the admin panel and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Probably the “IP Location Block” plugin blocked logging in by users from foreign IP addresses.
I have disabled this plugin.

On the default theme, without 3rd party plugins (https://prnt.sc/tz0XZNFjLGqu), we can see that the theme loads around 2s (https://take.ms/J1bsw), it’s not normal for the default theme, the default theme should be loaded around 1s.
So you need to check what is wrong with the server because as you see it is not something caused by our theme.
