Project page layout issues

Here’s the catch. I’m charging customers for ads on my ecommerce website . I’m not an ad marketplace and whereas I’m only into food ecommerce. Customers however can place ads from any Industry category or vertical. They don’t place Ads themselves but pay us to make the ad for them. So i decided to make the portfolio page as the Advertisements page with slug ads – https://staging8.waywewere.net/ads/
– also the ad category slug (project category slug) in changed to ‘ad-category’ like for e.g -https://staging8.waywewere.net/ad-category/decor/ . These have been made from woodmart theme settings itself.

The portfolio (advertisements) page – https://staging8.waywewere.net/ads/ will show projects as Ads.
Q1) How can we assign this look of title, and meta and read more type (read more if the words exceed a certain max limit) of layout to the project (Ad) thumbnail on portfolio page (advertisements page) ?

Now more questions-

2) How do i edit the project page? I need to add more rows to the table and more Row headers or edit existing row headers. (pic attached)?
3) Plus i need to change the Project view button title to ‘View AD’
4) Social link urls should be different for each project. but i dont know where to do assign the these from?
