Hello, I have an issue with this theme and for me it’s a fairly big issue since all my marketing will be completed through paid social media ads.

I noticed when sharing my website through Facebook messenger, the website opens in a Facebook browser. I have promo videos on certain pages that are selfhosted, but when you open the site in the Facebook browser, those videos are just a black block and will not play.

That tells me there’s an issue with the coding which does not allow the video to start playing in the Facebook browser.

I need to get that fixed and having that working is extremely important. I added a link to the website below and included some screen shots from my phone. I was able to reproduce this issue on Android, iPhone and multiple cell phones from company employees.

Please let me know what I can do to make this not happen.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello,

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

Hello and sorry I just saw your reply. Yes I will give you the login address and password below.

I just noticed something else and I tried to fix it but not sure what’s causing the issue.

If you look at my screenshots attached I have a message on my header builder to carry site wide which says “WARNING: SOME PRODUCTS CONTAIN NICOTINE. NICOTINE IS AN ADDICTIVE CHEMICAL.”

But what’s weird is the text is the proper size on pages, product pages until you get to the blog pages and then the text is way too big. How can I control the text size site wide and make sure it’s not any bigger than the text on the pages and product pages? Again please see screen shots plus links below so you can see.

    https://exoduscbd.com/ (correct size)
    https://exoduscbd.com/new-website-for-cbd-vape-and-kratom/ (way too big)

Thank you for your time and info, plus screen shots are below.

    Hello,

This https://prnt.sc/mDl25x9rckWZ custom CSS affects the size of that text. So you can either change the tag for that text or change the custom CSS.

    Kind Regards
