Free shipping failure

    Hello, I have a problem with an item in my shop. I have free shipping from 40€ of purchase and it is applied correctly in all products except one of them, which always marks free shipping, even when the cost is below. What can be the problem?

    Please try the 20 ml size, the shipping cost should not be free.

    Please follow the purchase process, you will see that shipping is free, and it should only be free from €40 of purchase.

    Please, could you give a little earlier notice to activate the problem? If I activate the 20ml size, customers buy and I have to cancel the orders. Thank you

    Please duplicate the product and add 20ml variation and unpublish the product, then I can take a look without affecting to live product.

    I believed it was a typo.

    In the WooCommerce > Settings > General, here what you set for separator https://prnt.sc/15Mar6mpIFSs

    And in the Shipping tab, you set Minimum order was 40,00 I changed it to 40.00 https://prnt.sc/gIVYLjw9PLqr and it worked https://prnt.sc/sEnxJXJHrY_P

    Yes, I understand, but you know, woocommerce, if you put the wrong price decimals, it warns you with a message that something is wrong. That’s why I’m surprised that it only happened in one product, it should fail in all, because the free shipping rule is the same for all.

    If it happened to particular product and variation, so you need to check variation price.
