URGENT: issue in the production site – product additional information table

Hi support,
for some unknown reasons your ” product additional information table” element of elementor, does not work anymore. It display nothing.
For instance, if you go to https://acinolilla.com/shop/vini-dolci/aphrodisium-lazio-igp-passito-casale-del-giglio/, you see the bottom right frame empty. This frames should contain a list of product attributes.
Why?

Please help me asap, as this is a issue in the production site

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
