Header adding extra padding

Hi,
The header on my website is adding an extra 155px of padding at the top on both mobile and desktop. This is not within the header builder anywhere nor in the custom css.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also just to add, on mobile, this is also stopping the menu button from working too.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
