Hello, we have an issue with the products – the description and short description are not visible, and we are also unable to edit the product images.

Hello,

In the front of the store works for me too…

On website (user area) has a product description but in back dosen’t work: https://prnt.sc/Z17DPzqVL_98. And also i can t change the product image.

Hi allinadvertisingsrl,

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I still can seeing product description and be able to update Product image https://prnt.sc/GhuWhJQJYerZ https://prnt.sc/TFFVB4JPTTWY While the main description is editable via Elementor instead https://prnt.sc/IwzFY_NWl-FL

Please test in Incognite mode to see if it works.

Hello,

In the product page, we can see the description and the pictures (the version the customer sees), but in the website interface, we can’t change either the picture or the description. You can see this in the loom video.

You should Purge cache from plugins / CDN or disable it and check again, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I install demo mode on new website, not shared documents.

It’s the same problem. No plugin added just theme.
This one is 100% clean. How it’s problem with plugin not with theme?

If you are using same hosting with same configurations, server cache so the problems still there https://prnt.sc/TvsdmFCOeg0E

Please try to disable cache or additional plugins and double check.

Hello!

This cannot be from the server; we have thousands of WordPress + WooCommerce websites running without any issues.
We cannot disable the Litespeed server; everyone is using it.
The problem must be from WordPress, the theme, or plugins.

Hosting answers.
It’s 100% from theme.
I install another theme clean one with woocommerce and everything it’s working.

Hello,

So, eliminating all the issues: initially, you said it was from the plugin. I installed the theme on another test site without any additional plugins and the error still appears, so the plugin issue is ruled out.
For the server, I installed another WordPress with a different theme and we don’t have the issue. Similarly, the server issue is ruled out.
Doing simple math, it remains the theme, so how can we solve this problem?

Thanks for your patience.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.
