    Hello,

    First of all, you need to set hierarchy in categories: parent-child, then you need to activate this options in Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar & Page title > enable categories options http://prntscr.com/jdjmxd

    In the result, the Shop page will have only parent categories, and parent category will have the main category in the title and child categories in the menu.
