How to set a text in bold

I can’t seem to be able to just set a text in bold. Please see screenshots.

Not all fonts have the bold style that is why, even when you try to set bold in the Text editor you get no result. Choose your font here: https://fonts.google.com/ and check For, example: http://prntscr.com/jdz7fl
If you know that your font has the bold option, but it is not displayed, send me the link and site access I shall provide custom CSS.
