    Hello,
    I know there are several plug-in concerning “request a quote”.
    But, may you think it is possible to add to cart some products and in the check page, have a choice between pay or simply have a quotation by mail ?

    Hello,

    Such option is not provided by the default Woocommerce. You will need to find a plugin for that.
