Hello,

You have selected the product data “Variable Product”. If you choose the product data “Simple Product” you will see the inventory settings.

For the variable product click on the variation tab, You can change the stock status of variations for variable products. Once you’ve set up variations, you can go to each one on the Variations tab to change the stock status.
