Problem on Category menu icons

    Hi dear support team
    I have problem on Category menu icons. I add images (I tried png and svg as well) to this field:
    Icon to display in the main menu (or any other menu through the site)
    but it doesn’t show in theme and front end.I had attached you the screenshot of my menu.
    Even i tried add icons to this section :
    Image (icon) for categories navigation on the shop page
    but still no luck.
    You can check “Mixture handicraft products” category for example.
    I had provide you login details so you can check it.

    Meanwhile, you are settling the issue with the site access, please check and make sure you have added icons properly as shown: http://prntscr.com/jg1bmi

    If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again.

    The error you got about rate limiting was related to our cloudflare, which does not exist now.
    I had tried deactivating all plugins and check the icons but no luck !
    It will be great if you check it with login details that I had provided for you.

    Hello,

    Please update Woocommrece and Woodmart theme. The recent version is 2.4. Then check the issue again, if the problem still exists, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one checking in order to find out the conflicting plugin.

    Thanks for fast replies. I had update the theme and Woocommerce to last version and disabled all plugins and add icon images ass you mentioned, I had no luck 🙁
    Please double check it and I think the problem doesn’t have relation with plugins.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Appearance > Menu > and press Screen options, add Product Categories http://prntscr.com/jhcs8b

    Next, choose the Category menu http://prntscr.com/jhct0o

    Remove all the Custom links and add Category pages to the menu http://prntscr.com/jhctsy

    Those which has icons properly added will be displayed with icons.
