Dear Sirs,
I have configured the theme to autoplay a youtube video of the product in the product page.
This also enables a play video button on the bottom left corner.
But if I press this button a popup appears that says: http://www.youtube.com refused to connect
Could you please check and inform me what’s wrong?

After your answer, I found out that, for some unknown reason the video plays correctly in just 3-4 products.
But on most of them it doesn’t. I cannot find the reason why.
