Play Youtube Video Button on product image displays: www.youtube.com refused to
-
Dear Sirs,
I have configured the theme to autoplay a youtube video of the product in the product page.
This also enables a play video button on the bottom left corner.
But if I press this button a popup appears that says: http://www.youtube.com refused to connect
Could you please check and inform me what’s wrong?

Hello,
In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards
Hello,
I apologize for the delay.
May I disable 3rd party plugins for testing?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards
Yes, of course you can.
The website is still under development.
Just inform me at the end if you find which one is causing the error.
Hello,

Now I see that the video started to work well – https://gyazo.com/527e2292489186524cc75cc245bf4a9e
Let me know if you have sorted it out.

Hello!
After your answer, I found out that, for some unknown reason the video plays correctly in just 3-4 products.
But on most of them it doesn’t. I cannot find the reason why.
It’s not sorted out ☹
Hello,
I have checked another product with the 3rd party video and it works there – https://gyazo.com/7c04700ae45c3e5e683cbcc928e5b251
Please clarify which products the video is not working.
Kind Regards
Hello,
Changed the link as shown in the description (which means define the full URL – https://prnt.sc/fmnFfw8PUXk-) and it started to work – https://gyazo.com/82563cfdd3d78e39b557538fdd874b21

Hello,
You are welcome! In case you need any additional help, I’d be more than happy to assist you.
