    Hello,

I encountered a very strange behaviour with the Hotspots element. When I load the website and then use the hotspots image, everything works just fine (on desktop, tablet and mobile). But when I make the desktop browser window smaller (so that it switches to tablet or even mobile mode), the hotspots image stops working. I tried it with Firefox and Chrome and it occured on both.

If I then reload the smaller desktop window, the hotspots image starts working again but not as configured on hover, instead I have to click on the hotspot so that it opens. If I the make the window fullscreen again the hotspots are again displayed on hover.

You can see this in the video: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AnpjDm99bZAzg8o1HUDanxQYBV-hkA?e=g3Hh32

    Why does that happen?

    Best regards
    Bernhard

You can log in with the following credentials but do not change anything. We are currently working on this page.

    Hello,

Browser resizing is not a standard way of checking the concern for the responsive viewports. You can check your Site on a real time device (Mobile/desktop/tablet) and check the issue.

Unfortunately, there are no other solutions. After resizing from the desktop viewport to the tablet or mobile screen sizes, the page needs to be reloaded.

The main reason for this implementation is to speed up the website performance by loading certain scripts only on desktop and others only on mobile devices. Automatically switching between them when resizing the screen would increase the code volume on both types of devices and degrade site speed performance. Additionally, it would require writing extra code, which is beyond the support scope of our WoodMart theme.

During the development and customization of the site, we recommend refreshing the page every time you resize the browser window from desktop dimensions to mobile and vice versa. For actual site users on real mobile or desktop devices, this behavior will be unnoticeable.

    Best Regards.
