We have been using the Woodmarkt theme as an agency for our customers for some time now.
We chose this because it looks very good graphically and we get many satisfied customers because of it.
The functionalities on the theme are fantastic, allowing us to serve our customers in a fairly smooth time.
However, we do encounter quite a few problems with the theme when it comes to its speed. We run our customers’ web shops on a LiteSpeed server, in some cases even with extra resources.
Unfortunately, we experience a lot of problems with the webshop being extremely slow in the dashboard, but also for users who want to shop in the theme.
The problem is becoming so bad at the moment that we don’t know whether we want to continue with this theme. Is there something going on, have we not set something up correctly or are there other things that are causing us to get the theme right?
