I haven’t turned it on yet because I realized there is no way to turn off the promotional popups. Turning it on affects the normal use of my site, which you can find in Theme Settings – General – Promotional Popups. You can enable it to test and see
Okay, I see that. One more question, I added a button to the popup window, and when I click on it, it takes me to the “My Account” page, and the popup window still pops up. The effect I want is that the popup doesn’t pop up after clicking the button to go to a new page.
Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme for the specific page “My Account” and disable the popup.
