    We have four products, It was working well before. But after sometime the products are not loading. Please Support quickly.

    We have four products, Initailly it was working fine. but last 17hrs it’s stopping listing the products in shop page.

    We tried to change the theme. after changing and revert backto woodcart theme then the shop page is working fine. But some filters are not showing.

    1. I see that the filter area is disabled in Theme Settings – https://prnt.sc/hwhtdnwIjjgK so enable it and clear the cache.

    I need additional certificate concept in product page. But the product main price should not affect. and also the certification is not mandatory. If the select any certification then the actual price should update with certificate price. But the certification price are global one. the price wont change for every product. It’s a fixed one.

    1. Send me a link to that product that does not autoplay the video.

    2. As for the prices, could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue or not?

    2. After assigning the video, enable the autoplay here – https://prnt.sc/-w6nJugwJFIY
    3. To make it work correctly, remove the duplicated images – https://prnt.sc/9ccpH4X4nC3n, the main image should not be defined in the gallery.

    Sorry, for now, there is no such functionality to show the video on the product grid. You can try to use the “Product gallery” in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Product styles – https://prnt.sc/sxNtLDG1qvLW
