Single Product Page display error

Hi,
I have a problem with single product page after last update theme.
See here:
https://www.silisystem.it/prodotto/cloneaf-4t-rettangolare/
If i try to change presets in Theme Settings the settings change do not solve anything.
If I try to go to the generic “Customize” section of WordPress to add custom CSS to solve, the template appears correctly (please see screenshoots).
Can you help me?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
