Hi how can i remove header and Footer for mobile view

Please clarify your question. Do you want to hide the whole header with navigation?

In order to hide Footer, choose one column layout for Footer Theme Settings > Footer, add the HTML widget Appearance > Widgets, and choose the HTML block created especially for Footer.

Please set the visibility of the column on different devices in the HTML block for Footer:
