icons not showing properly/broken icons

    Hi,

    Sometimes when the website loads, all icons (social media, wishlist, cart, navigation arrows, etc.) on my website don’t display properly, especially in the Firefox browser. They seem to be broken.

    We have already followed this guide: “As the square boxes are shown instead of icons on your site, try regenerating the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS generator.”

    Additionally, please go to Theme Settings, resave it, and check your site after clearing the browser cache.

    You also need to make sure that the “http” or “https” used in the URL is the same in both the “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” under Settings >> General.

    I have shared the login credentials. Please check and fix this as soon as possible. It’s very urgent.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi , overall the icons are working good but when a product link is accessed directly (e.g., someone sends the link, and it is opened), the icons on the product page are not displaying correctly—they are disappearing. However, if the same product is searched for and accessed via the website’s internal search function, the icons display properly.

    For instance, when you open the following link directly: https://ledcityusa.com/channel/crown-baseboard-recessed/ , the icons are missing. But if you search for this same product on our website and then navigate to its page, the icons appear as they should.

    Could you please investigate this issue and identify why the icons are disappearing when the product link is accessed directly?

    I have cleared the caches and checked in an incognito window, but it is still showing boxes instead of icons. Please check the screenshot that I have taken from Firefox and Chrome browsers.
