to change header image in Infinity Scrolling Demo.

I have three questions.
1), Can I change the header image of infinity scrolling theme. ? ( please look into the link of “header image.jpeg” )
2), Can I change the name woodmart in Newsletter popup box ? ( please look into the link of “newsletter.jpeg” )
3), Can I get the billing address of my all customer ? ( email id, address, Name, )

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting the support.
You have not attached the screen for the header. As I understand you want to change header background.
Please navigate to Woodmart > Head builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Hover the row to see editing option http://prntscr.com/jhlvy7 and check Color tab http://prntscr.com/jhlwbt
Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
In order to edit popup navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup
You can find billing address and other order details in Woocommerce > orders.
