    I am experiencing a significant decrease in upload speed on my website after adjusting my PHP configuration limits. Here are the current settings I have applied:

    memory_limit: 128M
    post_max_size: 64M
    upload_max_filesize: 64M
    max_execution_time: 180
    max_input_vars: 10000
    After these changes, the upload speed has decreased notably. Can you please provide guidance on how to address this issue and optimize the upload speed?
