I am writing to you because I have encountered many problems on my site since this morning.
I had a critical bug with Slider Revolution according to Worpress.
I updated it and after that, everything crashed including my theme settings.
I tried restoring my site to earlier dates but it didn’t change anything.
I updated everything: WordPress, woocommerce, wp bakery, slider revolution, etc.
But my site always encounters critical incidents when I change the status of an order for example.
Also, all my theme settings get erased. If I make changes to reset my settings, the basic Woodmart settings (logo, primary colors, header, footer, etc.) are put back in place.
I also have emojis that no longer work in the Header and are replaced by “?”.
Many bugs despite the fact that everything is up to date. I tried uninstalling my plugins but it doesn’t work.
Finally, unable to update Woodmart Core which gives me this error:
“Downloading the update from /home/grle6221/public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/plugins/woodmart-core.zip…
Download failed. The URL provided is invalid.”
I had to put my site down for maintenance for my clients.
Can you help me as soon as possible please?
