    the picture in instagram plugins dont updated for 10 days. latest post about 10 days ago.

    Please install Transients Manager and clean all the posts in Instagram.

    Hello,

    Please install Transients Manager, then navigate to Tools > Transients

    Next, put “Instagram” in search and delete all Instagram Transients.
