Solar GarantParticipantHello,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Solar GarantParticipantIf iam in a product categorie for example this one below, then the error appears if i click in the footer on a link. normally the link should be like this.
https://prodeal-veilingen.nl/disclaimer
But some how the cateorgy keeps hanging
https://prodeal-veilingen.nl/product-categorie/antiek-en-kunst/disclaimer

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to switch to default WordPress theme and check all those problems links putting them directly in your browser URL bar.
May 17, 2018 at 6:41 am #58002
Solar GarantParticipantThat is not working. For example: a direct link should look like: pro-deal.nl/privacy or pro-deal.nl/disclaimer on each page everything is okay but if i go to a product category then the category name keeps hanging. like this: pro-deal.nl/product-category/computers/disclaimer
The html below is how we used it.May 17, 2018 at 6:43 am #58003
Solar GarantParticipantSorry, it looks like there is some missing content. See private text.

Artem TemosKeymasterIf it doesn’t work with other themes then it is not our theme issue. Something wrong with permalinks structure. Try to configure and resave them in Settings -> Permalinks.

Solar GarantParticipantI have done that already yesterday. I mean that it don’t work with a default theme because everything is almost gone in that theme there is no footer to try the links. Manual testing is not to do. So i can’t tell you at this moment if it’s a theme issue or not. By the way did you read my question about updating the theme? i have a error each time i try to update.
May 17, 2018 at 7:17 am #58026
Artem TemosKeymasterBut why the manual test is not working? You just need to copy the problem link from the footer, switch to default theme and enter this link.
As for the update, there is some problem in your server OpenSSL extension configuration problem that blocks the connection to our updates server. You can try to contact your hosting provider for help in this question. Or you can update the theme manually.

Solar GarantParticipantI installed twentysixteen. The footer where the links should be are only then on the homepage. They should be also on all other pages to, just as in Woodmart theme.
So i can not test it form any other page.
Yes i can manually change the link but that is not the way.Example: pro-deal.nl/disclaimer no problem.
On category page: pro-deal.nl/product-category/computers, i click again on disclaimer the link looks like this: pro-deal.nl/product-category/computers/disclaimer. and then i have the 404. i can simple delete product-category/computers so the link is then again pro-deal.nl/disclaimer. but that is no testing. So i really don’t know what you mean with manual testing.May 17, 2018 at 9:18 am #58065
Artem TemosKeymasterThis issue is not related to our theme since these URLs are generated with WooCommerce plugin and not with our theme. If you want to see those links on default WordPress theme, you can try to add similar widgets as you are using in our theme.
May 17, 2018 at 9:19 am #58066
Solar GarantParticipantAnd this is waht my hoster told me about my ssl problem.
The issue here is with unsecure content on your website:
jquery-1.12.4.js:5 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://pro-deal.nl/onderhoud/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://dummy.xtemos.com/woodmart/demos/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/06/wood-meint-2-bg.jpg?id=673’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.May 17, 2018 at 9:22 am #58067
Solar GarantParticipantThe url’s are coming from the footer widget. They worked on each page.
But now only on all normal pages and product pages. They are not working in category pages.May 17, 2018 at 9:24 am #58068
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to write your URLs in full format with protocol like
http://yourwebsite....
As for the hosting, we didn’t mean SSL certificate. We meant OpenSSL extension as shown on the screenshot.
May 17, 2018 at 10:08 am #58075
Solar GarantParticipantAbout the links those are solved now. What you said has helped me out.
I replaced full links. For the ssl issue i will go on with my hoster. Thanks for helping me out.
