I just purchased your theme but encounter ‘The API server can’t be reached’

    Purchase code valid after I register here, but when trying to activate the theme, encounter ‘The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.’ I am having my site on AWS Lightsail. Pls kindly advise.

    Thank you for purchasing our theme. We had temporarily issues with our API server. Please try to activate it now and let me know if it works.

    Yeah, now it is good to go. I’ve imported desired demo content and works fine till now.
