    Good morning,

How can I check the compatibility of the template with some third-party plugins?

Unfortunately it seems that the template does not allow the Manomano module to work correctly.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Hello,

First, check how it works with the default theme like Storefront, if it works there well, explain in more detail where the issue occurs and provide admin access for investigating.

    Kind Regards

As agreed, we tried to configure the module with a native Worpress theme but we didn’t have positive feedback.
We try to insert API keys and contractor ID manually but the information doesn’t seem to be saved. We also tried deactivating all the plugins leaving only Manomano and Woocommerce active but the problem persists.
Below we have created a staging area for which we provide you with credentials for the necessary tests. We are awaiting response. Thanks

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Okay, but did you check how it works e.g. with the Storefront theme?

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

Hi, yes already tested but not without positive results. In fact, we left that theme active in the staging area.
    We remain available.
    Thank you

    Hello,

Do you mean that on the default theme that plugin works badly?

Send some screenshots of where the issue occurs for a better understanding.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards

    Good morning,
in the first screenshot, by entering the exact data, after saving they are not stored, the field returns empty.
For the second screenshot, however, it does not generate the file for export to manomano.

    Hello,

The thing is that functionality is related to WooCommerce, our theme cannot influent it. If you have the same issue on the default theme, you need to contact the plugin’s developers for further solutions.

    Kind Regards
