    how can I imitate those promo banners on my site

    Hello,

    You have defined images with the same sizes for all banners, so it has such an appearance. For the big banners leave the images but for the small banners change the images to the smaller ones.

    E.g. https://take.ms/vYsWr

    Clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    2. As for the separator, update admin access to the admin panel so I can check the site settings.
