Regarding Selection options in the sticky bar. It is the default functionality at Theme end that when you click on Select Option button under the Sticky Add to Cart, it redirects to the top of the Single Product page specifically to the Variation selection area. This is how it works by default under the Theme.

So, right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to change that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
