Shop page not loading correctly

    Dear Support,

    since the last update of WordPress something changed, the shop page no longer is available, there is only an placeholder text available.

    Hello,

    Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility and check the issue.

    I have the same problem, And this did not work. You asked me to install a different theme and make sure that the problem was caused by you. The problem was solved when I installed a different theme. Then I switched to woodmart again and the problem was solved. The same problem continues today.

    Hello @isacuhaci,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi Aizaz,

    enabling & disabling the maintanance mode did not help.
    The site is a staging staging site so you can change stuff freely as you wish, the credentials above are updated and should now work.

    Hi Aizaz,

    the shop page is now visible, I had to clear the cache after disabling the maintance mode in woocommerce.

    Still the products are not visible in the shop page, the categories and filters are now showing up but not the products itself, atleast on the “main” shop page.

    Hi Aizaz,

    the problem seems to be solved without me changing anything else. I just left the side idle for 24 hours, cache?!
