mc1969ParticipantI am having a theme update problem with my site at http://www.spectrumsportswear.com.au.
After updating Woodmart from 2.21 to 2.4 the background images and colours in Visual Composer rows are not displaying on a landing page at https://www.spectrumsportswear.com.au/hoodies-and-fleece-sale/. (see attached “before” and “after” screenshots).
The error occurs whether viewed after logging in as administrator or after logging out. The site cache has been cleared and caches also cleared in Google Chrome and Firefox etc. The latest version of WordPress is installed and all plugins are up to date.
The site is currently working correctly because I have restored version 2.21 from a backup, but I naturally wish to keep it up to date.
I would appreciate your assistance.

mc1969ParticipantI have just received an error message showing that the attachments to my enquiry were too large to be uploaded.
They can now been seen in DropBox at this link – https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9ac30gtmwlx5c9b/AACLqWlZLkHVH7f1zEZywad8a?dl=0May 21, 2018 at 6:12 am #58592
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Currently, your website is working correctly. Could you please update the theme to the latest version so we can check it? We are online now so will be ready to check it asap.

mc1969ParticipantThanks for your prompt response.
I have just updated the theme, but while the landing page I sent the screenshots of is now showing correctly, all the coloured backgrounds on the home page VC rows have now been stripped out – i.e. same problem but on a different page.

Artem TemosKeymasterSeems that you didn’t upload all theme files https://gyazo.com/331d7e625bb6e6b5bab2aa458b9bfa7b
A lot of 404 errors in the console say that files are missed and that is why it doesn’t work correctly.May 22, 2018 at 1:30 am #58741
mc1969ParticipantGiven that the only way I can update the theme is to click on a button which appears on the WordPress dashboard, I fail to see how I can have any control over what files are uploaded or not.
Surely the problem is with your upload process?
Regardless of that, how do we solve the problem?

mc1969ParticipantIncidentally, I have just had to restore a pre update version of the theme in order to keep the site functioning correctly.

Artem TemosKeymasterTheme upload interface doesn’t depend on the theme at all. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to upload the theme for you if a standard PHP files uploader is not working for you.
