Header overlaps Content No Scroll

Hi there, I hope you are well. Please can you tell me how to stop the ehader content from overlapping the page content without even scrolling?
On page load, the ehader is already overlapping some content like it does not load above the page. Any advice is appreciated. Screenshot attached.

Hi there, thanks. That option is set to “disable” and my menu is still overlapping the website content. It was always “disable” I have never enabled it.

Navigate to pages > edit home page with elementor > edit top container and in the advanced tab remove the margin top.

For the cart and checkout pages, Navigate to layouts and do the same.
