Instagram slider not updating on home page

    I just added new products to my Instagram feed and they are not showing up in the slider, at the bottom of my home page. The IG feed is not “updating,” in that area.

    I am using an IG plugin, on my blog pages, and that has updated correctly, with the new IG posts.

    Please help!

    Hello,

    Please install and activate free Transients Manager. Then, navigate to Tools > Transients > Insert “Instagram” in search and delete them all.

    Check the issue again.

    Hi Elise –

    Thanks for the response but I am really not comfortable adding a developers plugin to my website, since I have no idea how they work.

    I am running Woodmart on two different websites, and I started with two different theme layouts on each of them.

    The IG feed IS working fine on my other website, so why wouldn’t it be working on this website?

    That doesn’t make sense at all, and seems to be an issue within the theme’s coding, since it is happening on one site, and not the other.

    The website that has the IG issue, was made using the “Handmade” theme of Woodmart.

    Please let me know if there is another “fix” besides downloading and using a developers tool, since I am not a developer.

    Update: Just went to look at my site and now the IG feed IS working!

    Please check and tell me theme version on one and on another site. Also set of third parties plugins?

    Hi Elise –

    Both sites are running the same version of the theme. They just started off with different layouts, to begin with.

    Most of the plugins are the same, with the exception of 3-4.

    I will try to get you a list by this weekend, but since it is working now, maybe I’ll just wait?
