How to install a child theme on WordPress website

Hi,
I downloaded the folder, but it only contains the “Woodmart” zip file and the regular “Woodmart” file. I don’t see the “Child Woodmart” zip file that is shown in the video.
Can you help me find it, or should I do everything differently?
The video is old, but I expected it to still be similar:

Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New -> Upload theme -> Choose woodmart.zip file -> follow the installation and then install the child theme via installer – https://take.ms/llJ89

Oh, okay. Thanks, now I understand why there is no child theme file because there is an option to install it when you install the parent theme.
