    First of all, I would like to say thank you so much for adding the new free gifts feature!

    We have a bunch of product variations that we use for free gifts currently but are manually adding them to orders after being placed. It is EXTREMELY time consuming and we want to use the Woodmart free gift feature to do this. The problem is that because our product variations that we use for free gifts are not “enabled” under the variation settings so they do not show in the free gift list. How can we add a snippet or update some of the code to show all product variations even the ones that are not enabled? I added a screenshot showing the “enabled” variation setting I am speaking about.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message and for the kind words about our new free gifts feature!

    Regarding your question, while your variations are disabled, you won’t be able to see them on the frontend at all, including in the free gift list. Unfortunately, without enabling the variations, they won’t appear for selection. However, our free gifts feature is designed to display free gifts on the cart page once the applicable conditions are met.

    Thank you. It still will show private products for free gifts which don’t show on the frontend so there has to be a way to update the array being pulled in tmfor the free gifts products to include variations that aren’t enabled as all the info is still saved in the database. Can you possibly escalate this to a senior tech and maybe they can help?

    If you mean that they are displayed on the backend, then it is not enough. Our free gifts are added either manually or automatically on frontend. So if you can’t see this product or variation on frontend then it can’t be used with our free gifts feature.

    The variations that are not enabled still show the swatch on the front end product pages so we should be able to use for free gifts.

    Could you please send us your admin access and link to the product example so we can check how it works on your end?
