julia_gaoParticipantHello Support Team,
I am experiencing several issues with my website, https://ishope.online/anime/, which is built using the Elementor canvas template.
Problems:
Header and Footer Display:I have set the Elementor canvas template to ensure that the original theme’s header and footer are not displayed. Everything appears as expected in the admin preview mode.
However, when I view the site outside of the admin mode, the original theme’s header and footer overlay on the page, which should not happen. I need assistance to ensure that the header and footer remain hidden in the live view, as intended in the Elementor settings.
Scroll Wheel Malfunction:When previewing different categories on the shop pages in the admin mode, the pages display correctly, and the scroll wheel functions without issues.
But when I access the site in a normal browsing mode (outside of the admin mode), the scroll wheel stops working, and I am unable to scroll through the pages. This issue is affecting user experience on my site.
Could you please help me resolve these issues? I have provided the website login details below for further inspection if necessary.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.August 20, 2024 at 3:57 pm #591322

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Most of your pages have the “Default” layout – https://take.ms/kRpLz. As for the page you mentioned (https://take.ms/FUHRG), on my side, the custom header appears when you visit as a guest, so if you had the header from the theme for the guests, it could be a cache issue as in the admin panel it shows the custom header.
2. Disable this https://take.ms/vrYjDj popup, clear the site/server cache and check how the scroll works for the guests.
Kind Regards

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue occurs due to this https://take.ms/R36RM custom code. May I request that you disable the server cache so we can see which path it comes from?
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

julia_gaoParticipantDevelopment mode
Development Mode temporarily suspends CDN’s caching features for all site visitors. Development mode is useful if you are making changes to cacheable content (like images, css, or JavaScript) and would like to see those changes right away.
Note: Once entered, development mode will last for 30 minutes and then it will automatically toggle off.
I can open the development mode for you if we can make arrange a time.
Best Regards

I apologize for the delay.
Can you enable that mode at 14:10 (GMT+3)?
Thank you for your time and patience.
Kind Regards
