Issue with WordPress Extension Installation

    Dear Wordmart Support,

    I recently purchased a license from Envato and downloaded the “Installable WordPress File Only” ZIP file. However, when I attempted to upload and install the extension in my WooCommerce back office, I encountered an issue. Below is the message I received:

    “Installation of the extension from the uploaded file: wordmark+++++t.zip

    Welcome to Elementor PRO!
    Please activate your license key to receive feature updates, premium support, and unlimited access to the template library.

    Connecting and activating…

    Decompressing the extension archive…

    Installing the extension…

    The archive could not be installed. No valid extension found.
    The installation of the extension has failed.”

    Please note that my store is already configured, with products added and several plugins installed. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully install the extension?

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
