Please respond quickly; I can’t spend the entire day in front of my computer waiting for your reply. If you prefer, I can send you a TeamViewer link so you can access my laptop, and I’ll show you the issue directly.

I’ve already sent my admin credentials, so why is this still an issue? As for the menu configuration, I’m familiar with it—I’ve read the manual and watched the videos. However, this is a bug. I’m asking you to review the attachments I’ve sent. I’ll repeat: if you take a close look and carefully analyze the photos, you’ll understand what I’m referring to.

Yes, I have already enabled that button, and all the arrows and submenus are displaying correctly. However, I have one remaining issue: the submenu for the “Shop” page does not appear on the mobile version. All other submenus are displaying correctly, except for those under the “Shop” page.

    Hello,

    01. Have you solved the issue about the shop html block in the mobile menu?

    02. Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide with page builder > Edit image gallery widget and change the images and customize it.

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to let you know that the CSS code is working now. However, I’m encountering an issue where the submenus are automatically expanding without clicking on the menu arrows.

I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Could you please take a look and help resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello,

For the Mobile Menu you need to create a separate Menu under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there you need to create a separate Menu with a multi-level structure selection i.e.

Then go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit your current Header Layout > go to Mobile view > there edit the Mobile Menu element and configure the menu.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

I am writing to you regarding the CSS code you provided to display the submenu on the mobile version of the site. After implementing this code, I noticed that the submenu appears correctly, but there is an issue: the submenus remain displayed at all times without requiring a click on the category arrows.

I believe it is necessary to modify this CSS code to correct this behavior. The goal is for the submenus to appear only when the category arrows are clicked.

I would appreciate your help in adjusting the code accordingly to resolve this issue.

Question 2: Can you please explain how you resolved the issue with the submenu for the mobile version? I don’t see any CSS code inserted.

    #595465

    Hello,

I have not done anything with your mobile sub menu items and not added any custom css code on your site.

I suggest you to create separate mobile menu Menu under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there you need to create a separate Menu with a multi-level structure selection i.e.

Then go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit your current Header Layout > go to Mobile view > there edit the Mobile Menu element and configure the menu.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

I am a bit confused. If I haven’t made any changes on my end and you also didn’t apply any custom CSS, how was the issue with the submenu resolved on its own? Could you please clarify how the problem got fixed?
